Well the one thing that I ussualy see is this:
spell foo built with older toolchain still working etc etc but is completly
broken with anything newer and it's completly dead upstream. Now some ppl
might acctually be using that spell still so it would be extremly impolite
to dispel it for them.

That's why we have cleanse to clean anything like that or atleast list such
stuff...
