Generaly unless there's a replacement I don't deprecate spells but simply
remove them as some ppl MIGHT be still using them. There's always "cleanse
--packages" to clean it out if ppl want.

But yeah I didn't notice eveil deprecation and messed up with
evolume(wanted to deprecated it to mixer)

I talked with e devs about this over a year ago... It never had support for
esound so I'm guessing it's just a stale dependency from e16 fork to e17.
