So we rather have broken spells? If those spells are moved to z-rejected,
wouldn't the added argument be a no-op? To me it seems like the first step of
a proper solution.

I'm not knowledgeable about java and the fixes affect other people's
sections/spells, so I have no clue what qualifies as feasibly freeable.
Maybe I should've asked for the maintainers to clear this up, but you can see
what kind the general mood was from the other thread; relevancy?

Some spells do depend on JAVA, but I don't know how this fixes anything.
