Celery varieties - looking for an old predecessor to Utah, somewhat primitive, early variety that Utah was derived from.

I bought seeds for this variety from Mountain Valley Seed Co. two years ago and now need more for this year's crop. None are available from MV. The original batch came from SSE and they have no more of them as of a year ago. No variety name available, only that it was one that evolved into Utah.

Growth habit:
Horizontal spread: 2-3 feet across overall
_Many_ stems of reasonable thickness not a big cluster of tiny to pencil - sized stems, more like 1/2" up in thickness, useful ize for cooking
Height: matures at about 12" (can get woody/tough/very chewy at that height, needs to be picked at around 9" or so height)
Deep green in color
Very good flavor, essence of celery
Probably excellent keeping qualities
No mention of bitterness from the person who grew out some of these seeds at MV

This would be an excellent crop for sale to restaurant chefs for use in soups, roasts and stews as the flavor would be retained during cooking; picked when tender good for salads of all types. Tender blanched celery loses most of its flavor during cooking, this variety would impart a wonderful heady flavor to any dish or salad.

Anyone know the name of or source for this variety of celery?
