Dear Luc,

Citrus limettoides is sweet lime.  It grows in India.  The fruit is of the size of a cricket ball and it has very smooth and shiny skin, pale yellow at maturity.  The fruits are devoid of acid and are therefore called Sweet Lime, though the sugar content is quite low.

As the fruits are devoid of acid, so in India these are considered to be good for sick and ailing people.

I have no experience of C. limetta and have only read about it.

Best regards,

Very truly yours,
