Fwd: [SANET-MG] Ithaca's Greenstar Coop to host GMO promotional event!
Beware the global spread of GMO's! This artice describes one of the methods
they use to accomplish their goal of dominating the world's food supply.
<>
It is time for the permaculture movement to grow up and start promoting,
teaching and supporting small scale home and community food production,
market gardening and market farming in all PDCs, field work, consultation
and workshops and in the literature.
>From its beginnings Permaculture was old and mature enough to support
farming on any scale because it was built into the discipline through and
throughout. Lion's criticism of permaculture should have the effect of
goading the movement into action and galvanizing it against detractors and
poseurs.

"Consider this: all the ants on the planet, taken together, have a biomass
greater than that of humans. Ants have been incredibly industrious for
millions of years. Yet their productiveness nourishes plants, animals, and
soil. Human industry has been in full swing for little over a century, yet
it has brought about a decline in almost every ecosystem on the planet.
Nature doesn’t have a design problem. People do."

Of general interest:

Latest news (not yet on this page) is that this is a training event for
promoting GMOs in Africa, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.
25 "Global Leadership Fellows" have been flown in from these countries (as
of yesterday) to a Cornell training school for shills hosted by the
($5.6million Gates funded) Cornell Alliance for Science; and our Coop is
hosting it!
