I like that. Thanks for posting the reference, Annie. This is the way forward on many fronts, personal health and self-realization, happiness and well-being. I have been thinking along the lines of positive attitude recently and did not know about Aaron Antonovsky

I have for decades been interested in the theories of the proponents of a hygenic diet: Shelton, Ehret and others. Raw foods dieting within a system of food combining for maximum health from maximum nutrition through maximum digestion - maybe comes full circle to meet the hygenicists. Be sure to get adequate protein too. I have written about this in posts to this list with bibliographies. Search the archives with Google - instructions below or in the list homepage.
