I have an enquiry from Uganda. I am curious too. She lives in a wet humid area of Uganda, similar to Malaysia in many ways (where the chicken originated)
She wonders why Afrcian free-range eggs are so pale in their yolk.
Is it the species of chicken or is the nutrients in the soil and plants?
