Jason,
We have a farm in the Bocas Del Toro region of Panama where we do practice
Permaculture. There are other farms in the are which do as well, but as far
as their contact info, I am not too sure. I am away, and have been for three
years, from the farm, but know that there is a strong desire in the area for
Permaculture Practice since the influence of Bill Mollison during random
visits over the past few years.
Try Searching the Bocas area, it is a good place to start.
