Hello David,

I have heard of Chaboussou's book but have not read it and am not really sufficiently versed in insect/pathogen nutritional ecology to critically evaluate his ideas. I am CCing this message to Dr. Don Huber, an emeritus plant pathologist from Purdue who specialized in biological and cultural control of soilborne diseases emphasizing mechanisms, rhizosphere ecology and nutrient-disease
interactions. Perhaps he will have some thoughts to share about Chaboussous'
hypotheses.
