* A Venn diagram is a mathematical illustration that shows all of the possible mathematical or logical relationships between sets.

Instead of a series of concentric circles, would a Venn diagram be a better way of illlustrating the zones on a site in order to provide more detailed description and of on site resources, their functions, categories and their interrelationships? For example, an attached greenhouse providing seedlings for a 6 acre market vegetable production field beyond the yard and ornamental house landscape, kitchen, flower and herb gardens, barns and other outbuildings for equipment, processing and storage, livestock paddocks and pastures, i.e. out near the forests, water features or fallow fields left to grow wild?

Maybe I have a misconception as to what the zone system actually consists of.
Anyone care to provide a refresher course
on this topic?

I think I need a PDC course, not possible for me unless one is offered in
Central Piedmont NC.
