Maybe Echonet? http://www.echonet.org

Their US catalog is of no help (just the usual commercial US seeds), and
they won't sell the seeds from their overseas catalog in the USA for home
gardens. But if you have a specific worthy purpose in mind, they might
sell to you (or give you some seeds). You could write to them anyway and
ask.

Harar is a city in southwestern Ethiopia, which probably won't help you
much. Your spelling is correct.

You could try Googling - you've probably already tried 'harar squash'. But
you could try 'Ethiopia squash' and 'Ethiopia pumpkin'. What we call
'squash' is often called 'pumpkin' in Africa.
