Best persons to talk to are Simon Fairlie and Peter Vido.
Kai Vido just joined the list so he can also advise, as a user and as a conduit to his father.
One thing Peter did say, about blades, is that most any blade can be used for any job as long as it is sharp and when used with judgement.
I think grass is the fussiest of all. And really woody stems, anything else there is more tolerance of blade selection.
However Si and Peter have the real experience so why not email them, Peter doesn't use a computer, and post their comments to the list?
