Hi
What's this library standard design ?
How about mind mapping everything including permaculture, as you go through the fragments of your particular design click on mind maps to sort concept, narrow it down to area [eg sewerage] go from huge system to house hold system and results obtained gives you information needed, this would require little money just time and there are a load of people out there with bulk time on their hands.
In post oil peak the light's are out, and everybody home.
