Have you looked at www.legacyfound.org? I do not have coppice rotation info.
legacyfound.org has publications for sale (pricey) that may have the info
you are looking for. Alternatively, you might email them and ask a specific
question. They are geared to 3rd world situations but they might be open to
others.
