Hi Scott,

Have you looked into a company called Country Home Products? I don't have personal experience with their products but they might be worth looking into. Here is their website:

http://www.countryhomeproducts.com/navHome.aspx?SiteEntryMode=0

click on Power Equipment
then click on either chipper or chipper shredder

If anyone on the list has positive or negative comments on their products, i would be interested in hearing them. They also sell "Neuton" brand mowers and trimmers. These are lightweight machines that are cordless electric, so their batteries could be solar charged.

I'm looking for information on a good wood chipper. Most of the ones I have experience are twig chippers - even tho' they advertise "up to 4" diameter branches". Something that I can ship to the third world and maybe duplicate there would be nice. I am looking for something that will take wood from pruning up to four inches without strain. I would love to be able to covert to bio diesel if such a model exists.

Thanks for any information.

Scott
