For the plant, I would try Bhatia Nurseries. It isn't in their catalog, but
they may have it or know where to get it.

Ruehlemanns, the largest German spice plant nursery, also may have it or have
a lead on it

For the dried leaves, try some of the mail order sources at

Does anyone know of a US source or place that could send seed to the US for
the plant malabathrum? Botanical name is Cinnamomum tamala.
I'd also be interested in finding a mailorder place that sells the dried
leaves in the meanwhile.
