Greetings Friends

I am wanting to contact folks working on permaculture projects in
Thailand. I read some post from March about some one working in Chiang
Mai and was wondering if anyone has contact information.

My partner and I are in the early stages of starting a home for orphaned
and abused in northern Thailand. As part of our home, The Whispering
Seed, we are planning the land to be a center for permaculture and
community development work. SOme of our first projects on the land will
be to work with the local villagers and Hilltribe groups to build with
bamboo and cob. We are also bringing students from schools in US and
Australia to work with us in the development of our project.

If anyone has contacts in Thailand we would greatly enjoy hearing about
them.

WE will be in Thailand starting in November to assist in the building of
25 earth based houses for the Assembly of the Poor, an indigenous group
which was displaced by the building of a large dam. THis will be 1 month
project with people attending from all over the world. We will be
exploring cob, bamboo, adobe and much more. THere will be guided
meditation walks, workshops and lots of networking. This is very exciting
work in THailand!

We look forward to connecting with people!!
