Worm juice diluted reduces fungal disease, as does kelp extract.
Chamomile tea is also effective for damping off of seedlings.
For powdery mildew & black spot, 1 teaspoon epsolm salts in 10 liter (2
gall) water but check magnesium levels in soil before use.
In the tropics, wet season rain & humidity is a real problem - a friend
in Bali grows his seedlings and salad greens under plastic during the wet
which has dramatically reduced damping off and fungal disease - the
plastic is mounted on bamboo rectangular frames and fixed as a roof with
open walls for ventilation. The plastic frames are removed for the dry
season - some are replaced with frames fitted with shade cloth for sun
sensitive and shade loving plants - this may be a better long term
solution than spraying as the real problem is often too much water/rain
compounded by high humidity.
Sorry I can't provide references - no time to look them up.
