We received this email in Australia a few months ago. It appears to be just a
chain
letter with no organisations name or identification attached to it. It
apparently
clogged up the persons at the bottoms email.

We were advised not to respond to emails like this unless they were endorsed
by a
particular organisation as an organised petition.
