Hi,
Jeff Hall inquired about such in a previous post . I'm very interested in
plans and designs for such. At the henry Clay estate near Lexington there were
dual beehive style round ice houses built of stone ( like a well) with stone
floors and drains that connected one to the other and allowed dairy products
to be kept cool.
Look forward to your comments, particularly on design, feasibilty, benefits,
suggested materials , insulation etc.
Thanks:) Frank
