Extract:
The Duckweed Clearinghouse is a project of PRISM-USA.
Its purpose is to provide a single, comprehensive source of
information on the duckweeds (Lemnaceae). In particular, it is
intended to provide practical knowledge about the cultivation
of this under-utilized family of [aquatic] plants and their use
both as animal feed and as a natural wastewater treatment
technology.
