Nigeria must not be a really great place to visit these days
considering the very recent deliberate slaughter of upwards of 200
villagers by the Nigerian military forces (attributed to ethnic
conflict/violence a la Ruanda & Bosnia). This country is also a major
exporter of heroin and South American cocaine to Europe and elsewhere
(they have tried to get it into Singapore but were stopped by rigorous
customs procedures instituted by a very wise government).

The deliberate abrogation of the rights of white farmer/landowners
in Rhodesia (some may call it Zimbabwe) by Mugabe's corrupt government
thugs circumventing existing laws of the land is another example of
the mess much of Africa is in. It could be so much better there;
more/any permaculture is needed.
