Forgive a bit of a tangent, but I came across this news item today.  St Joseph's Abbey in Covington has been cited by the Louisiana Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors for selling coffins without a license.  (Savor the absurdity of that for a moment...)  They've now filed suit in response, alleging that the law in question is unconstitutional.

The Times-Picauyne story about the suit:  http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/2010/08/st_joseph_abbey_battles_state.html

Here's a brief YouTube video on the case: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NxtGzsGtJc
