I would absolutely Love it if those who this email concerned read it and
responded with updates. In fact, I would adore it.
Attached is a list of tasks. Please read yours, and give me an update on
where you are. This is very important. Soon we will be able to use the
issue tracker to keep track of tasks, but until then, please send me
updates via email.
Also attached is the project plan I will be sending to Threshold. So
that we may use it for our own purposes, I would like to flesh it out
with technical details - but considering that I don't know what exactly
those are, it's difficult for me to do so. Johns mentioned that he would
be willing to help. I encourage any and all of you to add technical
details where you see fit - this will be a dynamic doc, let's make it
useful!
Related, Johns mentioned the possibility of hiring someone to help with
this project management process: "A tech-savvy person interested in
project planning/documenting would be great and could run with creating
some intial/draft specs and definition docs for refinement by the group.
They could also take some load off you in the more general project
documenting tasks."
What do you all think? Anyone specific in mind? Or should I simply put
a call out on the list(s)?
Thanks, and enjoy the long weekend...
Sincerely,
*Stephanie
