howdy again,The thing that jumped out at me was the word "flora"; we are talking about guilds here so biota would be more appropriate I think.
So I wrote up some initial words for the website:
-A line for the homepage
-Mission Statement
-Vision Statement
Please check out the attached doc (it'll take you no time) and let me know what you think. Once we finalize them, Chad can add them to the website. I'm a bit delirious at the moment, not sure how that affected my writing...

Guild example: Juniperus monosperma, family Cupressaceae, common name: one seed Juniper,
Associates in Southwest United States uplands: Plants -Golden current, Ribes aureum, family Saxifragaceae, Mexican Pinon, Pinus cembroides, family Pinaceae, Yucca glauca, Family Lilliaceae, Potentilla spp., family Rosaceae, Penstemon spp., family Scrophulariaceae, Bouteloua spp., common names Grama grasses. Animals - Lagomorpha audubonii, Family Leporidae, Common name, Cottontail rabbit, Lagomorpha californicus, Family Leporidae, common name Jackrabbit, Ammonspermophilus leucurus, Family Sciuridae, common name Ground Squirrel,
...... and etc.
This would continue with birds, insects, fungi, baterial associates. All of this comprises a guild or living associates of a particular species. One could designate any member of this association as the target or central element and the guild would look pretty much the same. So if we are looking for the guild of the Golden Current in this zone it would be similar to the Juniper guild.
Just to be sure we are on the same page.
