1)
take cold, sour/sweet apples, sweet dates (Barhi or Medjool or other)
and put them through a hand crak meat grinder with coarse screen for a wonderful tart sweet breakfast sauce
2)
tofu chunks + sliced raw garlic + Herbamare (herb salt) + a little Tabasco + black pepper (optional), a little cider vinegar + plenty of olive oil; sautee or stir fry; serve with natural organic rice, salad or sauteed greens (add sweet white miso + water after it cools down), raw carrot, wedge of cabbage, stalks of celery, apple slices and add squeezes of lemon juice on top - truly gourmet
3) dressing for raw salad:
grow black sunflower sprouts, harvest with scissors when 4"-6"; wash well and put in blender with carrots, almonds, celery - add whatever seasoning you want, tamari, liquid protein, sea salt, etc. - add to salad made with sunflower, mung, alfalfa, radish, brocolli, buckwheat sprouts + romaine lettuce, garlic (optional), peppers, celery, red cabbage, etc .
4) mayonnaise sandwiches - homemade olive oil mayo - plain or add sliced tomatoes, onion or lettuce
5) tart sweet apples thickly sliced fried in olive oil or (better) bacon grease, add a little sea salt, natural brown sugar and freshly ground black pepper - sautee cooked sliced sweet potatoes the same way except add sliced garlic, tamari soy sauce, molasses or barley or rice malt
6) sugar on sliced tomatoes
7) white corn grits with black pepper, salt and a little olive oil
8) oatmeal with dried prunes, apricots, raisins, almonds, brazil nuts - serve with soy milk, flaxseed meal, oat bran, food yeast, salt, honey or natural brown sugar, a little cinnamon
9) add Ceylon cinnamon to any dish
10) instant or brewed coffee + natural sugar + pure unsweetened cocoa (non Dutched for max antioxidants)
