Very interesting that no one here seems to care enough about where or "who" is making our food. Hummm For those who do care, but are to intimidated to write here (and many are by the PM i get) here ya go. A well structured chart of "who" makes our food. ![]() Anyone else notice a conflict of interest here?? Notice how 5 of the 8 Global seed co's are or owned by the top 5 chemical co's? This global market share is "who" dictates the food conversation and especially here in the US. But anyone who understands or works in the food industry know 40-45% of our "grown" food goes to waste every year. Same area per year of waste split between grocery & restaurants! IF we follow the rhetoric from the big ag co's....aka these chemical co's then we have to keep planting more of their seeds...and varroa are all that is wrong with bees!! Sadly MATH is not on their side! -Our honeybees started declining in late 50's...that was over 40 years BEFORE varroa even showed up here! -with all the rhetoric about plant baby plant we as a country throw almost 50% of our food into landfill creating even more methane gas. 55% of grown food sustains this nation! So YES organic farming is 100% viable and hell no we do not need sprayed or treated food to grow & throw away. Period! Its just math...and common sense. Screw their billion dollar quarterly profits...im on the side of common sense & evolution...not greed. Its how we all got here anyway! Best of luck to ya Mh
