Hello,

Does anyone have step by step plans (or know where I can look) on how to
build a hot callous grafting system? I've scoured the web and I'm still
looking for a better how to tutorial. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Little John

I'll jump in and say I didn't do much with the pods I collected last year.
>From what I recall reading, it seemed like the pod, seeds, casing and all
(?) can be ground up and mixed with flour (corn flour?) to make some
reportedly delicious baked goods. I don't recall coming across any
literature describing how to process the pulp by itself.

Up here in southeastern PA the pods are still hanging on the trees, mostly
brown, but still with some yellow mixed in. I picked up a brown pod from
what I assume was a Millwood the other day and though the pod was mostly
brown, the pulp, though sweet, still had a greenish color and pungent
taste; the yellow pulp from the fully-browned pods I tasted last year was
the flavor I was looking for.

Please let us know if you figure out a better way to process them - I do
recall reading something about a fermented drink...
