Does any know what might cause my apple trees to drop their apples early?
Only one tree, a Harrelson, had apples this year. Same thing happened last
year. Of course, both years were unusually hot and dry. Any ideas? Jerry

These are seedlings. If I do graft them, I would like to try Prunus
Americana. I know John Bunker of fedco grafts some peaches on P. Americana.

Are you talking about seedling or grafted? And if grafted what did you put
them on? I'd love to have a bunch of these for my genetic diversity planting.
