Like this website! It is quite elegant, with quite an exhaustive listing of
apple cvv. (I didn't
look in detail at other fruits, but you need to click on the pretty picture
of the fruit in question
to get to a detailed listing of cultivars, then click on the individual cvv.
to get to a detailed
description and excellent photograph.) In answer to Gérald's question, yes
it is entirely
possible, but it would be a massive job, and there is probably little point
in trying to replicate
what others have already done. (For anglophone folk who balk at looking at a
French
website, Orange Pippin, (http://www.orangepippin.com/apples/c), has done
essentially the
same thing, (albeit confined to apples).
