Does anybody know of a chart which lists peach ripening times by variety?
Preferably for the midwest, but anything is better than nothing which is my
situation now. An internet link would be ideal. Jerry in southern Indiana

I've seen charts of relative ripening times. You can't use these to
figure out exactly when the peaches would ripen but you can use them to
know that a certain variety will ripen a couple weeks after another
variety. Maybe try Dave Wilson Nurseries, Raintree or One Green World.
Some nurseries do a good job of listing the relative ripening times for
the varieties they carry.

In order to avoid late frost damage I've been looking for peaches with
the highest chilling hours. Not sure if that correlates to later
blooming, but I'm trying it.

Jay
