For my NAFEX friends:  I just had this link emailed to me from the fearless
leader of our local fruit growers group.   A colleague of one of our members
has authored this new grafter's manual and is offering it as a free download.
It is 18 pages and full of colour photos, took about 3 minutes to download
on my semi-high speed internet.

What is a columnar apple; anything like espaliered or trellised? Is it a
natural form for this type of fruit?
