I also have Williams Pride since Dec 1991. It's also on Mark. Got it from
Raintree. My best early apple. I pick the first to second week of August.
Only keeps for two months. Dan

One of the disease resistant apples I like is William's Pride. Mine
is 17 years old
on Mark rootstock and is a consistent producer. I have reduced my

Sherwin, I too had a Williams pride on mark, but after about 7-8 years it
broke clean at the union graft during a wind storm . The tree was not
staked but clearly the grafting never really took. The apple is excellent
especially storing for a few weeks, never sprayed it for any thing and
Early.
