Ginda,
I have rhubarb growing where it doesn't get late afternoon sun. I know of
several other yards here in north (hot/dry/long days and sunny summers)
Spokane where rhubarb gets sun all day. If the soil has adequate organic
material to hold moisture, it does just fine.
