Anyone know where to obtain wild US native hops (Humulus lupulus var. lupuloides), as opposed to the European cultivars or hybrids between the two?

I don't think this is exactly what you're after, but Nichols describes their "Brewers Gold" as "heirloom. 1919 seedling selection from a wild hop growing at Morden, Manitoba". However they say it then became a major commercial variety in Oregon, Spain, and Belgium and is ancestor of a lot of other high-alpha hops.

Maybe Nichols knows where you could get wild ones?
