If you want free survey software, two other options that I have had good
experiences with are Survey Bob and Doodle. Survey Bob is similar to Survey
Monkey, but it's a simpler interface and unlike Survey Monkey, it will give
you the raw data for free. Survey monkey's free version will only give you
some summary graphs, and charges for the underlying data. Doodle is an
on-line thing specifically designed to poll people for "what time should we
hold that meeting". It is extremely easy to use, and completely free.
