Hi Ginda,

I'm not a wine maker, but enjopy it. Years ago I heard someone saying that the wild black cherry makes a wonderful wine.  You might try that. collecting enough to make wine would be a task.

I no longer live near the trees.  If I did, I would just eat the fruit.  :-)  I'm looking for a product that someone else sells.
