For some reason our Mount Royal plums had a great crop this year without spraying, while normally we lose all of them to brown rot. The few hybrid plums (Toka and Pipestone) still lost everything, to brown rot and maybe other problems. We had completely given up on plums and were surprised as heck to see them (they were yummy).

I tried Monterey fungus fighter this year, too. (I picked it up from Jung's.)
I sprayed once and and had a two thirds decrease in brown rot over years past. Typically, a majority of my plums are lost to rot, even with diligent clean-up of mummified fruits. I'll try two sprays in 2011.
