I have read the wine snobbery book, not
the others. I make wine out of whatever is in abundance. I get too much wine
so I make vinegar. I also buy wine at the local Grocery Outlet Store. There
is a wine blog about it https://grossoutwine.wordpress.com/
Yes it does say Gross Out wine. But it is fun. And it sometimes goes well
with the cheeses I make. Just got back from a small gathering where Tim Heald
was demonstrating a cheesemaking machine he has put together starting with a 3
gallon rice cooker. His Swiss was really good. I think I
make a better Mozz and my year old cheddar is worth the time. Naomi "Few people are capable of
