I wish! My Ashmead's kernel (which is sweet, but also hard and tart) is
usually the first to be stripped. But perhaps as the other trees come into
bearing, the squirrels will turn their attention away from the Ashmeads and
onto other stuff. Well, I can hope.

The raspberries seem to have recovered from the drought, so perhaps I'll get
a few more of them, too.
