Dear Jerry,

I have communicated with Dr. Nixon and have some of his materials which I will forward on to John Hillbrand to place in the Nafex library.

Dear Dr. Nixon,

The NAFEX Librarian is John Hillbrand, P.O. Box 702, Springdale, AR 72765-0702.
The NAFEX and Northern Nut Growers Librarian work closely together sharing material between the two. His name is Jerry Henkins and can be reached at: Sproutnut@AOL.com

Perhaps you can help me. My name is Joseph M. Nixon; my father was Myron S. Nixon, one of the NAFEX founders. Since he passed on in 2000, I have written and published his story including a chapter or two on his botanical activities which includes some historical information on the early NAFEX founders - his peers - as well as some insights about the formation of the Pomona. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone in NAFEX hoping to make a copy available for their library but have received no response whatsoever. I came across your name pretty much by accident but seized on the possibility of actually reaching someone in (or at least familiar with) their organization. Do you have an address (e.mail) or even snail mail where they can be reached?
