Sarah, Thanks for the info. So by condensing the heat units timewise for Tennessee conditions:

Evan's Cherries: they are edible and make nice pie or ok jam/jelly when they first turn bright red (end of July up here)
Probably mid June in TN

, but they are at their largest and sweetest for eating out of hand if you wait until the end of August or early September when they are dark red.

Probably by July 7th
