Jerry
I'm still going to grow mine as an annual.  I will probably put 1 or 2 in pots and keep them in the house.  I have a warm sunny place for them

I am not trying to get a 'pure' species grape anyhow.  In fact, a hybrid
might be better than the Pure Species, which is tough to root, so that is
not too big a deal.  It will at least be 50% Davidii.  I plan to cross the
grape anyhow and it will be even more mixed up.

I tried a few years back, to order seeds of a Native Vitis Species of North
India, Vitis Lanata, but had no luck finding a reasonably priced dealer.
they have one grape that has a tuber lilke root, a bit like a Yam!  The
roots are more popular as food than the fruit.

Yes, that would be cool.  A grape/ sweet potato plant.  Double duty crop.
If only I could find a seed source.

The site said -15? degree C.? I converted that to -5 F.?? I believe that is correct .? In any case I know that everything I read is not necessarily correct. I do plan on growing it as an annual.

I suspect they confused Celsius and Fahrenheit. 0 C is 32 F. Since that description of Moringa on Wiki says it does not tolerate freezing or heavy frost it is unlike that even a hybrid would make that much difference.

My wife grows her's in a pot and brings it inside in the winter. As long as we place it in front of a south facing window for some light It will survive in our unheated but insulated garage which does not quite freeze with outside temperatures down to 0 F. It doesn't grow but it doesn't die.

-5F is about -20.5 C
