Oikos Tree Crops has a limited selection of fruit seeds for northern zones.  But they aso sell one to three year old trees very cheap.

As Kierran / Donna pointed out, these are not going to be the select varieties that you want to eat out of hand.   But Oikos selects them from the wild, the trees should thrive with minimal care.  I grow selected, high maintence fruit in my front yard, and I'm clearing a patch of woods out back for wild fruit trees.

Murph,  You sure it's seeds you want?  You might do better with Jap American hybrid plums, they should be hardy enough and better quality than the native seedlings.  Fedco has a number of them.  It's a lot more expensive than seed, but having had 2 native plums from suckers for the last 15 years, I can say that now I'm ready to try something better.  The natives do make terrific wine, if the curculios would let me have any fruit.   Donna
