This is my first year of tasting my Chicago Hardy fruit, but mine are
large, rich, juicy and delicious.
I think that I remember an earlier thread on this Forum over the spring
or summer that mentioned that this variety's fruit quality declines
with tree age. Maybe severely cutting the tree back will improve fruit
quality.
