I'll second Oikos, but only if you are willing to wait years for your plants
to reach bearing size. (though their catalog is so unique its worth the look
each year to see what they've added)

Let me also add burnt Ridge Nursery. I've ordered from Burnt Ridge for the
past 8 years and the only thing which will stop me from ordering again next
year (if I decide not to) will be lack of growing space for new things. (I'm
at the point where each new plant requires the removal of one or more older
chosen items).

Also, a nursery I ordered from this year for the first time (which I can
earnestly recommend) would be England's Nursery. Great for hard to find
American Persimmon and Jujube's (and other things). www.nuttrees.net or
www.nut-tree-nursery.com .

Let me state that other than being a satisfied customer and sharing a phone
conversation once a year with each (generally as I'm finalizing or adding to
my order) I have no affiliation with either.
