Solanum nigrum, aka Black Nightshade, makes a great tasting pie. Use your recipe for blueberry pie. It tastes best when warm. Before I was introduced to it, everything I had read about the plant purported it to be poisonous. (Hogwash! Horse Feathers! Balderdash!)
