I have been pleasantly surprised by some of my recent fruit explorations.  My Ichi Ki Kei Jiro Asian persimmon bore fruit during its second year in my orchard; my seedless Che fruit tree has set fruit during its second (this) year (it remains to be seen if it will bear successfully); my Regent juneberry bore during the first year in my orchard, as has my Blue Moon  honeyberry. My Brown Turkey and Latarulla figs have set fruit during their second year. My Illinois Everbearing mulberry set fruit during its third year.

Are their other fruits people would recommend for those who are just starting and want fast fruit?
