"Predictable", that is a word that doesn't belong in a sentence involving peaches for most of us in the eastern US. If you can find a peach that survives in Z3, then you get to enjoy the effect of losing your flower buds to winter cold same as we Southerners lose ours to spring frosts. We lose trees too, to borers, which I think you will be spared. Donna
